Hello, In-App Purchase Support?

After downloading & installing the app, on my iPhone 4, I have repeatedly tried to upgrade the app, but failed.

My iTunes account & login are good, but theres ZERO Support for this app.

The Developer website seems to focus upon SELLING other products, as opposed to supporting already purchased apps.

What a joke!
